I have been active in the real estate industry for years and I bring a unique perspective to the industry – I own and manage 5 different properties with experience as an AirBnb host, as a landlord, and as a seasoned buyer. I am particularly effective identifying value opportunities and understanding how to envision and communicate possibilities. I have also lived through renovations big and small and have developed a good sense of how to improve properties in a cost-effective manner.
As someone who has been involved with real estate for a long time, I also understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals. Toward that, I also bring a lot of experience with negotiations – even teaching skills to clients like Google and Fidelity – and I have been published in the Harvard Journal of Negotiation. In working with me, you will find that I focus on those types of skills – listening and communicating, understanding both buyers’ and sellers’ needs, and providing creative problem-solving to get to “Yes.”
My philosophy is simple: Clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards but through the satisfaction of my clients.
When not working, I love spending time and laughing with my wife and children, traveling, and coaching my kids in their youth sports programs.
